You will be responsible for overviewing the fixing of customers’ cars
Tasks
Control the start and finish times on the jobs required
Work closely with the Aftersales Manager, Service Advisors and Customer Care to ensure that the workshop adheres to the customer’s requests.
Deal with customer complaints as instructed by the Aftersales Manager and follow the appropriate complaint handling procedure
Provide a timely and efficient service both at the counter and on the phone to avoid unnecessary complaints, queues, and delays
Obtain any necessary consent from customers for any additional works or services requested
Liaise with warranty personnel regarding any warranty and goodwill claims
Focus on vehicle throughput and quality of works performed, aiming for a first time right repair mentality

Previous experience within the automotive industry, particularly workshop control or technician
Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician
Holder of Malta/EU Driving License
