Training and Quality Executive - MML

Basis: Full Time

Tasks:  

  • Communicate with the brands’ representatives to obtain the necessary information to be able to coordinate the training.
  • Map out training plans and schedules together with the Quality and Training Manager, review and update employee training records.
  • Oversee all professional development at the company.
  • Assist in performing Internal Audits and to ensure that Dealership/Franchises Standards and ISO requirements are strictly adhered to.
  • Compile data and analyse past and current year training requirements to prepare budgets.
  • Coordinate mystery shopping activities and follow up and analyse actions.
  • Research actively and remain up to date on developments within the industry and competitors.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Quality and Training Manager from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Possess ‘A’ Level standard of education and/ or have minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
  • Be computer literate and have good communication, interpersonal, administrative, and organisational skills.
  • Be able to work within a team with minimum guidance and supervision.
  •  Be fluent in spoken and written English.
  •  Previous experience with ISO & audit principals will be considered an asset.
