The Sales Administrator is responsible to prepare all documentation and adhere with existing procedures to ensure customer satisfaction within the sales process 

 

Tasks  

Collate all documents from customers and liaise with our financing house for finance approvals 

Prepare Transport Malta documents, contracts and other documents required to register and deliver a vehicle 

Assist customers to apply for grants 

Assist customers to fill out insurance related proposal forms 

Liaise with parts department to bring sold accessories to pre delivery inspection area 

Liaise with logistics department to bring vehicles to pre delivery inspection area 

Liaise with pre delivery inspection personnel to prepare vehicles before handover 

To adhere strictly to Health and Safety regulations, company policies and franchise standard requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • ‘O’ Level passes in English
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
  • You must be Pro-Active, a team player, and excel in Problem Solving Skills
  • Possess a sound knowledge of the Automotive Technical Industry
