The employee is responsible for unpacking, storage, retrieval and sales of automotive spare parts to our customers, and for the supply of spare parts to workshop employees.

Main Duties & Responsibility

  • To make sure that all calls are being answered and any queries are being dealt with.
  • To meet and greet any customers over the counter in a courteous manner.
  • To sell automotive spare parts.
  • To inspects spare parts upon arrival, unpacks them and stores them in the proper designated areas within the Parts Department.
  • To maintain the stock inventory updated and ensures an adequate stock of parts.
  • To assist Reception area as needed.
  • To assist colleagues and superiors when and as required in any duties related to the Parts Department.
  • To reconcile daily sales transactions (including the handling of cash) and ensures strict adherence to Company Standards.
  • To strictly adhere to Health and Safety regulations and Company Policies.
  • To ensure that Protective Clothing and Equipment provided by the Company are always used and worn.
  • To attend training organized by the Company as required.
  • To carry out any additional duties assigned by the Parts Manager.

  • Teamwork
  • Fluency in Maltese and English is a must
  • Computer Literate

Qualifications and Experience:

  • O’ Level standard of education
  • A flair for cars is essential
