Training and Quality Manager

Main Duties and Responsability

 Training

· Manage the franchise training process including the relationship with the different brand representatives to obtain the necessary information to be able to coordinate the training

· Assist department managers to identify training needs of employees

· Map out training plans and schedules together with the General Manager

· Oversee all professional development at the company

· Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each session

· Ensure that company is compliant with all franchise training requirements.

· Review and update employee training records

· Coordinate training sessions for employees to be delivered by the subject matter experts

· Compile data and analyse past and current year training requirements to prepare budgets

· Manage budget to ensure that training costs do not exceed allocated funds

 

Quality

· Research actively and remain up to date on developments within the industry and competitors

· Manage the administration of the QMS, operated within the company including full ownership of the creation and updating of standard operating procedures and policies.

· Assist the various departments in maintaining franchise standards

· Manage the ISO Certification process and any other audits required across all Mizzi Motors

 

Other

· Research actively and remain up to date on developments within the industry and competitors

· Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager from time to time

· Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies

· Attend training organised both locally and abroad when and as required

Educational and skill requirements

· Diploma or higher standard of Education

· High attention to detail and excellent analytical

· Ability to work with minimal supervision

· Strong interpersonal and communication

· Proven experience in a similiar role is considered an asset
