Marketing Executive

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Design artwork for all advertising materials, including print, digital, and event collateral, in line with franchise corporate identity.
- Generate, analyse, and present marketing reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and sales activity.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, sponsorships, and marketing activities from concept to completion.
- Prepare marketing budgets in collaboration with the Marketing Manager, ensuring expenditure aligns with financial targets.
- Check and approve marketing invoices, ensuring they fall within the allocated budget.
- Maintain strong relationships with media, agencies, and event organisers to maximise exposure opportunities.
- Draft and distribute press releases, promotional materials, and reports to media and stakeholders.
- Support the Marketing Manager in campaign planning and departmental administration, including report preparation.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and franchise brand standards.
- Attend training, conferences, and meetings both locally and abroad as required.
Educational and skill requirements
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Diploma in Marketing will be considered an asset
- Prevous Experience required
- Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- English and Maltese Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English and Maltese language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
