.The Leasing Manager is responsible for the leasing operation in its totality and the smooth running of the department.

Main duties and Responsibilities:

• Work hand in hand with the general manager with regards to the general business of the Company.
• Be responsible for the business development of the company including leasing, rental and secondhand showroom.
• Establish and maintain an excellent relationship with Customers, answer all queries related to the vehicles and to make sure that their requirements are met during the sale and after-sale process.
• Follow up and handle any complains related to the sale/ aftersales department in line with company standards.
• Assist the general manager in the preparation of budgets, business and marketing plans, sales reports ordering of vehicles and any ad hoc reports required from time to time.
• To initiate marketing activities jointly or separately with other Companies.
• To carry out any additional duties assigned by the senior management from time to time.

The ideal candidate should have:

A level standard of education

Experience in sales is essential – min 2 years ideally in the automotive sector.
