Customer Care and Parts Administrator - MAS
Basis: Full Time
Reference No: MAS CCPA- 01/23
As a Customer Care and Administrator, you will be responsible to follow client’s from day one of their Vehicle in MAS until it is returned to them. You will also be in charge of Part’s binning and allocations.
Tasks
To act as a point of reference for all customers who choose to have their vehicles repaired at MAS
To explain to the customers the repairs involved and upsell where there is the ability to.
To update clients in connection with the repair progress of their vehicles.
To take over customer vehicle at repair initiation stage and hand over the vehicle to the customer at repair completion stage.
To receive, check and bin incoming parts for vehicle repairs.
To prepare and distribute the required parts at repair stage
To work hand in hand with the admin team, foreman, estimator and body shop manager.

Qualifications and Experience
O-level standard of education
Prior experience in a similar role within a body shop or mechanical workshop will be considered an asset.
