Customer Relations Assistant -MML
Basis: Full Time
Reference No: MML/CSA – 01/24
To qualify for the role, the ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a customer service position, with excellent knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques. In addition to being an excellent communicator (written and verbal), you will also demonstrate effective time management, adaptability and problem solving.
Comply with company policies & working procedures.
Ability to multitask, be assertive, calm with a friendly demeanour and have good conflict resolution skills.
Call clients following appointments to ask for feedback re service provided.
Follow up on client concerns or requests with the appropriate department.
Log Complaints in system and action within a reasonable timeframe.
Create & submit Customer Boards
Send customer feedback to aftersales at end of month.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Attend training as requested.

Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a customer service role
- A’ level standard of education
