Based within the Aftersales department, you will be responsible for the constant communication with our customers, whilst also ensuring that the company’s quality standards and core values are being implemented and adhered to.
Tasks
Assist the Customer Care Department with the incoming calls and e-mails
Ensure that customers are served to the highest possible standards and in a timely manner
Communicate with Sales and Aftersales customers and direct relevant queries to the right department
Coordinate with the Service Advisors daily bookings for servicing and repairs requests

Qualifications and Experience
‘O’ Level passes in English, Maltese and Mathematics
At least 1 year experience dealing with customers
