Training and Quality Co-Ordinator- CCL

Basis: Full Time

Tasks

  • Assist the training department when necessary: researching different training modules, coordinating local and overseas training, including making travel arrangements.

  • Monitor the learning status of the company’s employees and ensure that it is kept up to date.
  • Assist in the constant upkeeping with the company’s standards as per ISO and franchise requirements.
  • Perform internal audits as and when required.
  • Design data collection methods and analyse the data gathered and liaise with the management and franchises when necessary.
  • Manage the company’s customer communication and feedback received, such as the satisfaction surveys and the customers’ complaints including paperwork and follow-ups.
  • Other tasks which may be assigned by the Aftersales, Training and Quality Manager

Skills and Qualifications 

  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and communication
  • Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Training and/or Quality department
