CCL - Administration Assistant

Basis: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities

Issue monthly reports related to Aftersales Department 

Take care of quality related documentation such as complaints and customer satisfaction statistics.

Assist Department Manager in preparation for training sessions both locally/overseas.

Take care of travel arrangements and update employees training records.

Take minutes of meetings held by Department Manager. 

Perform generic clerical work such as filing and scanning documents when necessary.



English and Maltese Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English and Maltese language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar

Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records and other office procedures

Good organisation




Job Requirements and Qualifications

‘O’ Level standard of education



Prior experience in a similar role will be considered an asset, but training will be provided.
