Accounts / Logistics Clerk - MIML
Basis: Full Time

You will be responsible to perform the day-to-day duties related to the accounts department, including posting of invoices, processing of local and foreign payments, cashiering transactions, and reconciliations.
Tasks
Perform day to day duties to the Accounts Department such as:
Posting of invoices in the sales, purchase, and nominal ledger.
Posting of Goods Receive notes
To assist in the process of registration of cars including calculations and processing of documents to be sent to Transport Malta.
To assist in the submission of information to National Statistics office
Process car registration and duty payments.
Process requests for payment and prepares other local and foreign payments.
Process and issuing invoices as directed by superiors.
Perform banking, cashiering transactions and reconciliations.
Assist colleagues and superiors as required to ensure that end of month deadlines are met

Qualifications and Experience
A-level education and/or AAT qualification in Accounts
ECDL Qualification or Equivalent
Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as an asset
